Before you book any recovery house, ask for these answers in writing. Here are ours.
- Can I choose my room?
- Yes. Each of the eleven rooms has its own page; book from there and the room is selected for you.
- Can I see real availability in my language?
- Yes. The calendar shows which nights are open, in English or Spanish, without showing who is staying or in which room.
- What’s included, and what costs extra?
- You see it before you send your request: every service says whether it’s included, has a cost or is quoted on request.
- Who leads my medical care?
- Your surgeon. Our nursing staff follows their written instructions. We don’t promise medical outcomes.
- What information do you ask for?
- Only what your stay requires. We never ask for medical information through website forms.

Yes. A private transfer from Guadalajara airport is part of our services. Share your flight details and we will coordinate your pickup.
Will you take me to my follow-up appointments?
Yes. We coordinate your rides from the house to each appointment with your surgeon, and back.
